Well, what do we expect from a technology that is still in development? We all develop them, for example through such examples. You learn from your mistakes. As I always say (also here in this publication): Enthusiasm is one thing - I am also enthusiastic - but critical debate is another. That's why I'm happy about such "errors in the system". They take us further. And they warn us against relying on technology, whether for research, texts, codes or self-driving cars.
